Another great auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction. This is a barn cleanout with a few items in the house. We have some great antique and vintage furniture, tools, and collectibles. Several lots of comics, vintage toys, swords and bayonets. As stated, this is a barn cleanout. The barn is behind the house and has no direct driveway going to it. If there is inclement weather or if the ground is too soft from previous rains, we cannot allow vehicles back to the barn. Please take this into account before making your bids as you may have to carry your winnings a good distance to paved driveway. We will be posting a video so you can see the distance for yourself. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please do note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper on Friday morning. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding.
