Welcome to the Walker Real Estate Auction. This auction will go live at the farm on August 29th at 10:00am. Absentee/ Pre-bidding is now open for online bidding. No live online bidding will be offered on the day of the auction. Place your best bid/offer online. All top bids will be taken to the auction when it goes live at the farm. If you cannont attend the auction you may bid on the phone during the auction. Call Jason for further instructions on how to bid by phone at 865-441-8181 This auction will be sold in the Multi-Par system. Online bidding is open for absentee bidding only. All bids received during the absentee round will be taken to the live auction. All bids received will be taken at the Maximum bid that is placed. Please enter your best and final bid to ensure you have the greatest success at the auction if you cannot attend the live portion of the auction. If you are leading at the end of the opening round you will receive a call in the event you would like to defend your bid in the combination round. This auction will be offered in individual tracts and then offered in combinations and as a whole. Round #1 We will establish a high bid on all 10 lots Round #2 We will offer any of the 10 lots in any combination any bidder would like.
